The team is based in Yunlin County, Taiwan, and most engagements are carried out remotely against staging environments, documentation, and video calls with engineering teams. This works well for companies anywhere in the Asia-Pacific region, and has also worked for teams further afield who are comfortable coordinating across a time difference.
On-site visits are occasionally arranged for kickoff sessions or workshops when a client prefers to walk through architecture in person, though this isn't required for a review to proceed. Language of communication is English, with scheduling flexible enough to accommodate teams working from Taipei to further time zones across Asia.
What's useful to include
A short description of what the API does, roughly how many endpoints are involved, and what prompted the inquiry helps us respond with a more specific first reply. If there's a particular concern, such as a recent change to authentication or a new partner integration, mentioning it upfront saves a round of back and forth.
There's no need to share credentials, live data, or anything sensitive at this stage. That level of detail comes later, once scope and access arrangements are agreed on both sides.
